JOB DESCRIPTION
- To conduct loan acquisition and establish good relationships with prospective customers (the scope of works including but not limited to : to prepare credit proposal, monitor and manage the credit approval process, monitor and manage the loan agreement and disbursement)
- To manage the accounts that has been acquired in the current category and sound performance by the branch.
- To execute department’s relevant regulation and policy; to participate the execution of regulation and make sure the risk management is well applied
- To study, promote and operate department’s products; to participate in collecting international and domestic investment & corporate banking cases; to study and master bank’s investment & corporate banking product and to assist product promotion at all branches as well as operate the use of such products in order to achieve product promotion rate
- To promote investment & corporate banking products and to actively search the related projects and to collect business information to support the implementation
- To organize and accelerate the project accomplishment; to find internal and external resources and to coordinate relationships between different parties
- To assist Branch Manager to promote projects /deals as well as participate in the negotiation and execution in order to achieve projects/deals succession rate
- To monitor the project progress; to conclude successful investment & corporate commercial banking project along with the the target of the branch
REQUIREMENTS:
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Master's Degree / Post Graduate Degree, any field.
- At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Applicants must be willing to work in MEDAN.
- Preferably Manager / Assistant Managers specializing in Banking/Financial Services or equivalent.
- Full-Time position(s) available.
