Sales Manager

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Implement the Company's business activities with HR management in sales, effectively and efficiently to achieve business goals such as sales levels, profitability and healthy cash flow
• Improve competences of sales people (sales force management), to plan, to organize, and to control the performance of all Sales Supervisor
• Align the activities of each cluster region to achieve the overall business objectives
• Improve the employee motivation by example and be a role model for all sales staff

 

Requirements:

• Age of bracket 26-38 years old
• S1 graduate of Mechanical/Electrical Engineering
• Having 2 years experience a Sales Manager of the same Industry
• Having large contact with all key persons of Palm Oil Plants, Rubber Factory, Installation Provider and Multiple Industries
• Having strong leadership to lead, direct and motivate all sales team to achieve business objective
• Having a track record of a good sales manager in achieving sales revenue
• Speaks Mandarin or Chinese dialect is a plus point
• Living at Medan area or surrounding, and willing to be placed elsewhere whenever needed
• Salary : Rp16,000,000 - 28,000,000 / month (includes high commission)

Sales Supervisor

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Ensure that the salesman having a fixed sales area, the list and the number of registered customers, has clear monthly targets in details
• Provide training to improve salesman competences (Selling Skills), also directs, motivates and controlling activities
• Conducting Salesman Development Program (developing people)

Requirements:

• Age of bracket 25-35 years old
• D3 graduate of Mechanical/Electrical Engineering
• Having 2 years experience a Sales Supervisor or 3 years experience a salesman of the same Industry
• Keeping contact with purchasing manager of Palm Oil Plants, Rubber Factory, etc
• Train and motivate salesman (selling skills)
• Living at Medan area or surrounding, and willing to be placed elsewhere whenever needed
• Salary : Rp8,000,000 - 17,000,000 / month (includes high commission)
