1. MEDAN BRANCH MANAGER
- Primary Role : Directing and Controlling the company's overall activities to ensure profitabilty and maximize the return on capital in relation to the company's short and long term objectives
- Increase market share to achieve profitable growth
- Develop and maintain customers relations and provide services better suitable to their needs
- Assist Country Manager to ensure operational activities run efficiently and effectively
- Provide direction / guidance to direct subordinates on operational solutions
- Ensure all financial aspects of the branch office are healthy and fully under compliance
- Competencies :
- Bachelor's degree, Possess at least 10 years experience, 3 years in a senior managerial role - Knowledgeable about the freight forwarding and or logistics operations.
- Home based in Medan
- Demonstrate excellent communication skills, Dynamic and Eagerto meet business challenges
- Fluent in oral and written English, Hokkian / Mandarin is an advantage
