Recruitment and Training Assistant Manager (Medan)
Major Tasks:
Responsible to all HR matters in Regional Office.
To plan, coordinate and supervise all HR activities and implementation (recruitment, personnel admin, industrial relation, employee development) in accordance with company as well as government regulation.
Job Duties :
- Managing recruitment and selection process and new employment orientations at non managerial level in the Regional Office, conducting background/reference checks.
- Managing agency recruitment for Direct Sales Force Team, set up orientation program, set up basic skill training and sales training.
- Preparing yearly manpower budget in the Regional Office.
- Interacts with HRD Share Services departments, payroll department, and internal staff to ensure that new employment and/or contractual paperwork is completed to payroll requirements and is received in time to meet payroll deadlines.
- Controlling, maintaining and updating employee records, personal files and ensure that such records are kept up-to-date in terms of personal particulars, vacation/ leave, career history. Ensure that all personal files and records are kept in confidential and safe manner and up-to-date..
- Monitoring employment contract.
- Managing and set up for training schedule.
- Reviewing company regulation available with current situation, company condition and government regulation.
- Interact with government relations and industrial service relations.
- Harmonizing relationship with all employee in Regional Office.
- Managing internal communication related to HR policy updates, create and distribute internal newsletter, field incoming calls as appropriate and other special projects and assignments to support HR goals.
- Follows up with department representatives as necessary to ensure resolution of problems involving incomplete, inaccurate, or non-compliant documentation.
- Handling and solving labor case.
Requirement :
- Maximum 40 years old
- At least 5 years experience in HR field
- Having excellent knowledge in recruitment, training and development and IR
- Have a good interpersonal skill
- Willing to work in area in Medan
Finance & Supply Chain Manager (Medan)
Job Responsibility:
- Managing all Business Process in Finance and supply chain in Region North Sumatra
- Coordinate Finance and audit procurement for good supply whether avoid fraud indication as well
- Monitoring warehouse, Logistic, and finance for supply operation and reporting to Head office
- Strive effectiveness asset management and warehouse Logistic
- Build good relations with Sales Division and Operation Division
Requirements :
- Minimal experience 7 years in managerial level
- Bachelor Degree or Master Degree in , Economics, Engineering (electro), Finance/Accountancy/Banking, Human Resource Management, Business
- Experience in pay TV Industry will be advantage
- Max age 40 years old
- Flexible and willing to business trip all city in region North Sumatra
- Have experience in asset management, finance, O&M broadcast infrastructure, hold certification of technician
- Good Interpersonal Skill
