STAFF EXPORT/IMPORT - MEDAN

Primary role:

To ensure all export/import documents are being processed completely, accurately and timely following the right system and procedure in order to achieve excellent service

Responsibilities:

• To process export/import documents following the right system and procedure
• To identify problems in customer’s export/import processes and provide the necessary solutions
• To prepare export/import reports.
• To maintain good relation with customers, shipping company or co-loader.

Qualifications:

• Min D3 Degree
  Min three year experience in freight forwarding and/or logistics
  Meticulous/good with details
• Home Based in Medan
  Eager to learn, hard working and target oriented
• Good communication and interpersonal skill
• Good command of written and oral English
• Able to work independently and under pressure
