Operations Supervisor
JOB DESCRIPTION- Following up on the cargo for the achievement of predetermined targets
- Following up customers
- Monitoring daily operational work
- Ensuring smooth running of daily operations
- Check and monitor documents
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor Degree in any discipline
- At least 2 years of working experience in a similar position in International Freight Forwarding/NVOCC/Shipping/Transportation Industries
- Proactive and have ‘can do’ and ‘strive for excellent’ attitude
- Well-organized and able to work independently and in a team
- Possess good leadership and have good problem solving skill
- Communicate effectively with internal and external customers
- Highly motivated with excellent interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
Sales Supervisor
JOB DESCRIPTION- Following up on the cargo for the achievement of predetermined targets
- Update target markets and enhance new business development
- Supervise, lead and coach a team of sales staffs
- To develop and enhance business relation with customers and/or vendors
- Maintain and provide periodic sales progress report
Requirements:
- Age maximum 35 years old
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor Degree in any discipline
- At least 2 years of working experience in a similar position in International Freight Forwarding/NVOCC/Shipping /Transportation Industries
- Strong business acumen and demonstrate sales growth
- Must have strong passion to achieve target
- A reliable, driven and committed employee with the first priority being the customer desire
- Strong persuasive and negotiation skills
- Established network of customers and business relationship
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Understanding English as good as Bahasa
Customer Service
JOB DESCRIPTION- Handle customer orders, inquiries and complaint in accordance to customer needs
- Pursue timely communication, shipment and documentation with sales
- Pursue accuracy in customer order, invoice and other documentation
- Arrange schedule shipment
- Coordinate with vendors regarding shipment
- Provide negotiation sheets (NS) to the Finance Department
- Prepare monthly report
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor Degree in any discipline
- At least 2 years of working experience in a similar position in International Freight Forwarding/NVOCC/Shipping/Transportation Industries
- Proactive and have ‘can do’ and ‘strive for excellent’ attitude
- Well-organized and able to work independently and in a team
- Have strong analytical thinking and have good problem solving skill
- Highly motivated with excellent interpersonal skills
- Outstanding PC skills on Microsoft Office
Sales Executive

Requirements:

- Candidate must possess at least Diploma in any discipline
- Minimum 1 year of working experience in a similar position in International Freight Forwarding/NVOCC/Shipping/Transportation Industries
- Must have strong passion to achieve target
- Strong persuasive and negotiation skills
- Diligent, self-motivated, able to work with a minimum supervision in a fast-paced environment
- Established network of customers and business relationship
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Understanding English as good as Bahasa
