Accounting Officer
JOB DESCRIPTION- Preparing the monthly financial statements
- Prepare manual journal entries and ensure proper supporting documents attached for each journal for audit trails i.e. monthly depreciation and monthly amortization journal entries
- Input the transactions into accounting systems. Ensure all transactions are recorded, properly valued and classified.
- Prepare, update and maintain details and supporting schedules, i.e. fixed assets, prepayment, advances and deferred income
- Preparing data requested form HO finance, external parties, i.e. external and internal auditors
Requirements:
- Age between 22 – 30 years old
- Minimum Bachelor degree in Accounting
- Good knowledge of accounting standards (both International and Indonesian Accounting Standards)
- Good knowledge of tax regulation and law
- Good understanding and able to use accounting software
- Will be located in Grand Palladium Mall, North Sumatera
